Power to remove difficulties - (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by general or special order do anything not inconsistent with such provisions which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) All orders made under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as may be after they are made, be placed on the Table of the Legislature of the State and shall be subject to such modification by way of amendments or repeal as the Legislature of the State may make either in the same session or in the next session.
