Provisions with respect to regulations - (1) No regulation made by the Board under this Act shall have effect until the same has been published by the Board in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. (2) Any regulation made under this Act may provide that a breach thereof shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which shall not be less than five thousand rupees but which may extend to two Lakh rupees and where the breach is a continuing one, with further fine which may extend to fifty thousand for every day during which such breach continues.
