Power to stop ways and water-courses in reserved forests - The Divisional Forest Officer may, from time to time, with the previous sanction of the Government, stop any public or private way or watercourse in a reserved forest where reasonably convenient substitute for the way or water-course so stopped already exists or has been provided or constructed.
