Faculties- (1) The University shall have the Faculties of Horticulture, Post- Graduate studies and such other Faculties, as may be prescribed. (2) Each Faculty shall comprise such departments with such assignment of subjects of study, as may be approved. (3) There shall be a Board for each Faculty, the constitution and powers of which shall be prescribed. (4) There shall be a Dean for each Faculty who shall be appointed in such manner and for such period, as may be prescribed. (5) Each department shall have a University Head whose appointment, powers and duties shall be prescribed, and who shall be responsible to the Dean for the proper organization and working of the department.
