Penalty for being drunk while in charge of child, etc., - If any person while having the physical custody of a child under the age of seven years is found drunk in any public street or other public place, whether a building or not and if such person is incapable by reason of his drunkeness, of taking due care of the child, such person shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees or with both.
