Extract from the register maintained under section 43 to be furnished - (1) The Assistant Commissioner, may on an application made to him in this behalf, furnish to the applicant copies of any extracts from the register maintained under section 43 on payment of such fee as may be prescribed. (2) Such copies may be certified in the manner provided in section 76 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (Central Act I of 1872). (3) It shall, until the contrary is established, be presumed that all particulars entered in the register maintained under section 43 are genuine, a certified copy of an entry in the register maintained under section 43 shall be admissible in evidence in any court and have the same effect to all intents as the original entry in the register of which it is a copy.
