Application in regard to entry or omission to make an entry in register - (1) Any person aggrieved by an entry or omission to make an entry in the register maintained under section 43 may apply to the 1[Endowments Tribunal] for modification or annulment of such entry, or for directing the making of such entry, as the case may be.
