8[Committee] - to be in possession of institutions and properties - (1) The 7[Committee] shall be entitled to take and be in possession of all the institutions properties, jewels, records and documents of the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams. (2) If, in obtaining such possession, the 7[Committee] is resisted or obstructed by any person, it may make an application to the Court of Competent jurisdiction complaining of such resistance or obstruction, and the
