Powers and functions of Officers appointed under section 106 - (1) (a) The Executive Officer shall be the Chief Administrative Officer of the Tirumala- Tirupathi Devasthanams and shall, subject to the guidance and control of the 1[Committee], have general power to carry out the other provisions of this Chapter. (b) He shall be responsible for the proper maintenance and custody of the records and properties of the Tirumala- Tirupathi Devasthanams and shall arrange for the proper collection of the offerings made in the temples specified in the First Schedule.
