Obstructing officers of Authority, - Any person who obstructs or molests or hinders an officer or agent of the Authority acting in the discharge of his duty under this Act or any regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Rs.10,000/- or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
