Composition of the Board - (1) The Board shall consist of a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and 9 other members to be appointed by the Government and in the consitution of such Board the Government shall consult Sri Acharya Vinobha Bhave or a person nominated by him. (2) The appointment of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the other members of the Board shall take effect from the date on which it is notified in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
