Constitution and incorporation of the Board - The Government shall, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette constitute a Board by the name of the Andhra Pradesh Bhoodan Yagna Board which shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to enter into contracts and to acquire, hold and dispose of property and which may, by the said name, sue or be sued.
