(1') The Andaman and Nicobar {Administrator) Regulation, 1979 is repealed: Islands hereby Provided that the Pradesh Council existinq immediately before the commencement of this Requlation· sne l . cease to exist on the date ti 11 immediately before the date fixed under section 150 of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Panchayats) Relualtion 1994.
