In section 1 of the Andaman and Nicobar Is 1 an cia (Panchayats ) Regulation. in sub-section (2). for the Words "The Andaman and Nicobar Istends (Municipal Boards) .Regulation, 1907" the words "The Andaman and Nicohar Islands (Municipal) Requ Iat ion , 1994" , shall be substituted. 208.(1) If an} difficulty arises in qlvlng effect to the prov-atons of this Regulation, the Adndnistrator may by order published in the Official Gazette make such provlslons not inconsistent witn the provisions of this Regulation as appears to him to be necessary or expedient tor remcving of that difficulty: \ Provided thai. no such order shall be made atter the expirntion of two years from the commencement of tnis Requaltion.
