Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the Contemnors/Opposite Parties. 3. Learned counsel for the Contemnors/Opposite Parties on instruction submitted that the order dated 04.03.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.5965 of 2025 has already been complied with in the meantime. 4. In the aforesaid context, learned counsel for the Contemnors produce a copy of letter dated 08.04.2026, which reveals that the proceeding against the Delinquent Officer has already been dropped. A copy of order dated 08.04.2026 be handed over to the learned counsel Page 2 of 2. for the Petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid development, the contempt proceeding is dropped with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court again, in the event the cause of action still survives by filing a fresh writ application.
