1. Earlier, the petitioner was granted the benefit of parole and the same was extended till 23.07.2026 vide order dated 07.07.2026 passed in W.P.(CRL) 1931/2026.
2. The petitioner by way of the instant petition seeks for extension of the parole for a period of three months beyond 23.07.2026. The reliance is placed to multiple medical prescriptions mentioned at Annexure B of the petition.

petitioner for rest and physiotherapy for 6 weeks. Besides this, no other serious ailment has been noted.
4. So far as the rest and physiotherapy are concerned, if the petitioner surrenders, both of these aspects can be looked into by the concerned Jail Superintendent.
5. The Court, therefore, declines to extend the benefit of parole beyond 23.07.2026 and directs the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Jail Authority on or before 23.07.2026.
6. The Jail Authority is, however, directed to ensure that the petitioner is given adequate medical benefits in accordance with his treatment.
