Though the respondents/defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, it is seen from the plaint as well as the affidavit filed in support of the application for leave to sue that the suit agreements were entered into at Chennai and the cause of action arises within the jurisdiction of this Court, where some of the payments were also made. 3.Therefore, I am inclined to grant leave to sue as prayed for.
