ORDER 29.07.2026
1. The record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 06.06.2026. Thereafter, vide order dated 04.07.2026, the petitioner was granted time to remove the defects. Subsequently, the matter was listed on 13.07.2026, on which date also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and same is the position today as well. Thus, an inference can be drawn that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant petition. The instant petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecuting.
2. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
