Also heard Mr. P Kataki, the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the CM Vigilance Cell. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for pre-arrest bail by the petitioner, namely, Lakshya Jyoti Das, apprehending his arrest in connection with Page No.# 2/2 Vigilance P.S. Case No. 19/2025. 3. Mr. Deuri has submitted that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 02.09.2025, the petitioner, namely, Lakshya Jyoti Das has appeared before the Police Investigating Officer and has been co-operating with the Police Investigating Officer. 4. Mr. Kataki has objected to this bail application considering the seriousness of the allegations made against the petitioner. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 6. This Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner has been co-operating with the Police Investigating Officer, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody. 7. Accordingly, the interim bail granted by this Court on 02.09.2025 to the petitioner, namely, Lakshya Jyoti Das is hereby made absolute. 8. The petitioner shall continue to co-operate with the Police Investigating Officer as and when called for. 9. This AB stands disposed of accordingly. The CD shall be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
