1. Heard Mr. P.K. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.
2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that, private Opposite Party No.3 is making construction of a building over the agricultural land in joint possession of the Petitioner, Opposite Party No.3 and others. It is alleged that, such construction of the building in the agricultural land would cause difficulty for the Petitioner and others to approach the land in question.
3. Considering such limited grievance of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Kendrapara (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation dated 29.09.2025 at Annexure-2 and take a decision, in accordance with law, after granting opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and other parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Digitally Signed Signed by: BASANTA KUMAR BARIK Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack Date: 27-Jan-2026 18:51:59 Signature Not Verified
