Learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that impugned order passed by Writ Court had been implemented by the then Chief Engineer (Personnel) in Proceedings dated 24.06.2025. The said order came to be challenged by the 1st respondent in W.P.No.36255 of 2025. Thus, Writ Appeal has become infructuous. 3.
