It is brought to the notice of this Court that the present Writ Appeal has been instituted challenging the common writ order dated 27.07.2012 passed in W.P.Nos.8953, 8964 & 9011 of 2007. In respect of W.P.No.9011 of 2007 and W.P.No.8964 of 2007, W.A.No.69 of 2020 & W.A.No.68 of 2020 respectively, had been filed and the Division Bench of this Court had passed final orders on 20.01.2020, in which, paragraph Nos.7 & 8 are extracted hereunder. 7. In the given facts and circumstances, when the original declaration of surplus land itself has been set aside, there is no subsisting right available to any assignee either to the appellant or others. Consequently, the conclusion drawn by the learned Single Judge does not suffer from any infirmity, much less a legal infirmity. 8. The appeal, therefore, fails and is hereby dismissed. No costs. 2. In view of the order passed by the Division Bench in respect of the other two Writ Appeals viz., W.A.No.69 of 2020 & W.A.No.68 of 2020, the present Writ Appeal also stands dismissed. No costs.
