1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents, that they have enquired from the relevant authorities and have been apprised that in terms of communication dated 16.07.2026, except petitioner No. 2, there is nothing adverse against the petitioners.
2. In the backdrop of the communication issued by the respondents, this petition is disposed of by observing that once there is nothing adverse against petitioner Nos, 1, 3, 4 & 5, so respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner, as above, and take a decision within three weeks from today. Insofar as petitioner No. 2 is concerned, his prayer is also
disposed of with the direction that he shall approach the respondents for consideration of his case afresh. The aforesaid communication is taken on record.

3. It is further directed that since there is nothing adverse against petitioner Nos. 1, 3, 4 & 5, then in terms of circular dated 05.06.2026, these petitioners shall be considered for participation in the bidding process in accordance with rules.
