Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Manamunda P.S. Case No.184 of 2024 corresponding to Special Case (SC & ST) No.17 of 2024 pending in the file of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Boudh on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. The Court finds that A case has been registered for the offences punishable under Section SC & ST (PoA) Act. Recorded the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and objection of the State. Considering the nature of allegation revealed from Annexure-1 and the alleged involvement of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct him to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail for its consideration in the light of the decision of this Court in Pramod Kumar Ray and others Vrs. State of Odisha (2017) 67 OCR 309. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Boudh within a fortnight from today and moves an application for bail, it shall be considered in connection with Manamunda P.S. Case No.184 of 2024 corresponding to Special Case (SC & ST) No.17 of 2024 and disposed of as per the decision in Pramod Kumar Ray (supra) with a proper notice to the informant and till his surrender within the above stipulated period, it is directed that he shall not be arrested. 6.
