The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police drew the attention of this Court to the complaint lodged by the petitioner before the Superintendent of Police, Dindigul District, who, in turn, forwarded the same to the District Crime Branch–II, Dindigul District. However, the petitioner has not chosen to implead the said authority as a party respondent in the present writ petition. 3. Heard the learned counsel on either sides and carefully perused the materials placed before this Court. Considering the fact that the petitioner’s complaint is pending before the fourth respondent, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation/complaint dated 21.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a reasonable time, if the same has not already been disposed of. 6.
