By stating as above, learned Additional Pleader handed over a copy of the said proceedings to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, since, the respondents as directed by this Court in order dated 11.12.2023 in W.P.No.34126 of 2023, having disposed of the representation submitted by the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the respondents have complied with the order, though with a delay. 5. In view of the above, there is no necessity to proceed further. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail further remedies in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 19.11.2025 by which the representation was disposed of. 6.
