For Petitioner(s): Mr.P.Edin Brough For Respondent(s): Mrs.Y.Kavitha Additional Government Pleader 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.2092 of 2026 ORDER This Contempt Petition is filed for willful disobedience in complying with the order of this Court dated 11.12.2023 in W.P.No.34126 of 2023. 2.When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the respondents vide proceedings dated 19.11.2025 have considered and disposed of the representation of the petitioner, by rejecting the same. By stating as above, learned Additional Pleader handed over a copy of the said proceedings to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitting as above, has placed before this Court copy of the order dated 19.11.2025 along with acknowledgment in proof of the said order having been served on the petitioner. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.2092 of 2026 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, since, the respondents as directed by this Court in order dated 11.12.2023 in W.P.No.34126 of 2023, having disposed of the representation submitted by the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the respondents have complied with the order, though with a delay. 5. In view of the above, there is no necessity to proceed further. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail further remedies in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 19.11.2025 by which the representation was disposed of. 6.
