1. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is a subsequent development as during the intervening period, an FIR (FIR No. 256/2026) has already been registered by Police Station Nangloi.
2. Learned Addl. Standing Counsel for State also submits that FIR has been registered and they would also look into the various other grievances of the petitioner as raised in the present petition.
3. In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner, at this juncture, does not press for any further relief in the matter and states that present petition may, accordingly, be disposed of as not pressed.
