This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the CMP application as well as the prayer made therein. 3. By filing the present application the plaintiff in Civil Suit No.1223 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) (LR & LTV), Bhubaneswar has approached this Court for a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial in the suit. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that although the suit was filed in the year 2019, however, no substantial progress has been made in the meantime. In view of the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that a specific direction be given to the learned trial Court to expedite and conclude the trial of the suit in a time bound manner. Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on a careful consideration of his submission, this Court is of the view that several suits are pending particularly before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) (LR & LTV), Bhubaneswar. Therefore, no specific direction should be given in respect of a particular suit unless there are some compelling reasons. However, taking into consideration the fact that the suit is of the year 2019, the present application is being disposed of by directing the learned trial Court to make every endeavor to expedite the trial of the suit and to conclude the same as expeditiously as possible. 6.
