Mohanty, ASC CORAM: MR. JUSTICE R.K. PATTANAIK Order No. ORDER 21.04.2026 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. 2. Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jodapadar P.S. Case No.34 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.81 of 2024 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Kanas on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. Referring to the copies of the medical examination reports of the injured, it is submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. A copy of the bail order in the ABLAPL at Flag-A is also produced to claim that considering the injuries to be simple, the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court. Recorded the objection of the State. In view of the order in the ABLAPL at Flag-A and since the injuries are not grievous as made to reveal from Annexure-2, this Court is inclined to extend parity to the petitioners directing them to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Kanas for being released on similar conditions. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender before the court of learned J.M.F.C., Kanas in connection with Jodapadar P.S. Case No.34 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.81 of 2024 within a fortnight from today, they shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.30,000/-(rupees thirty thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount each with such other conditions imposed besides the following, such as, they shall co-operate the IO in the investigation. It is also directed that the above order shall not be given effect to if the petitioners are having criminal antecedents. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. (R.K.
