This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.04.2026. 3. In paragraph-5 of the order dated 22.04.2026, although it is noticed that the petitioner is involved in two more cases, however, in paragraph-8 said order, the condition for release of the petitioner was made subject to verification of the similar types of antecedents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by relying upon paragraph-10 of the bail application, submits that, in fact, he has disclosed that the petitioner is involved in three cases. However, the particulars of those cases have not been furnished. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present application seeking modification of the condition. 5. Regard being had to the reasons stated in the I.A., the same is allowed. The condition no.6 is modified in the following terms: “The petitioner shall be released on bail subject to verification of any other criminal antecedent beyond the one not disclosed.” 6.
