Keeping in mind nature of disputes between the parties I have spoken in Hindi with the parties. It is stated by them that since August 2025 they are living together happily along with daughter of petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2. The parties have brought their daughter also to the Court. 5. Respondent no. 2 submits that since now they are living happily together, she does not wish to continue prosecution of the petitioners. 6. Having spoken with both sides I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial. 7. Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 521/2018 of PS Swaroop Nagar for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed.
