She submits that the petitioner had filed a grievance petition before the respondent no.4, but till date no decision has been taken on it. Learned State counsel gives a statement that the grievance petition filed by the petitioner, which is Annexure 11 to the writ petition shall be decided by the respondent no.4 within four weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.4 to decide the grievance petition of the petitioner (Annexure 11), in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.
