This writ petition seeks the following relief: “Issue Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 Constitution of India or any other appropriate Writ, Direction read with Article 14 & 21 of Constitution of India to respondent no.1 to release outstanding dues of her deceased husband's service and other terminal benefits including provident fund and appropriate direction to respondent no.2 to take action for mentioning the name of petitioner in death certificate of her husband and provide legal documents to petitioner.” 2. In view of the above, counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, in accordance with law. 4.
