Further a writ of certiorari has been sought, for quashing the practice of the respondents to relieve the petitioners during vacations. 2. The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that neither the petitioners nor their counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition. 3. In view of the above, having left with no other option, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
