After hearing both the parties at length, we are of the opinion that since the timeline granted for the purpose of renewal of the NOC in respect of the DMLT course for the academic sessions, 2025-26 and 2026-27 by the authority has already expired, no interference is called for. 2. At this stage, Mr. S. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner-Institution seeks to withdraw the present writ petition and, to that extent, files a memo in Court today stating the same, seeking liberty to approach the authority. The memo is taken on record. 3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, dispose of the Writ Petition directing the authorities to consider the representation filed by the petitioner-Institution vide Annexure-5 series in accordance with law. 4.
