Vide impugned order dated 13.10.2025, the learned Family Court closed the opportunity to lead evidence on behalf of the petitioner, who was respondent before the learned Family Court. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed, the impugned order dated 13.10.2025 is set aside. 8. The respondent affidavit is already on record. 9. The petitioner (Respondent before the learned Family Court) shall appear before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma, Delhi, for the cross-examination on 20.05.2026.
