1. The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties under the Super Stockist Agreement dated 13.09.2023.
2. The Arbitration clause is Clause 14.2 of the said agreement. The clause mentions that the parties shall be referred to Arbitration at New Delhi.
3. Notice was issued in the present petition vide order dated 17.12.2025.
4. The disputes having arisen between the parties, the petitioner invoked the arbitration clause by notice dated 21.01.2025 in terms of Section 21 of the Act which did not elicit any response.
5. Mr. Saurabh Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions submits that the respondent has no objection in case the matter This is a digitally signed order. 6. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the disputes are referred to arbitration of Mr. Abhishek Mohan Goel, Advocate, [Mobile 9172569818].
7. The learned Arbitrator is requested to furnish a declaration under Section 12 of the Act prior to entering upon the reference.
8. The learned sole arbitrator shall be entitled to a fee in accordance with the Fourth Schedule of the Act; or as may otherwise be agreed to between the parties and the learned Sole Arbitrator.
9. Petition stands disposed of.
