This CRLMP has been filed challenging the order dated 11.02.2021 passed in CR.P. No. 95/2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack directing the Petitioner to bear all the educational expenses dues of his minor son for the Academic Sessions 2020-2021 and to pay interim maintenance of Rs.7,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.5,000/- per month to his minor son for his maintenance from the date of application i.e. 13.07.2020. 2. On 06.12.2021, in I.A. No. 259 of 2021, this Court had directed that the operation of order dated 11.02.2021 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack shall remain stayed subject to the Petitioner paying interim monthly maintenance of Rs.7,000/- to the Opposite Party No.1 who shall accept the same on behalf of both the Opposite Parties. 3. A mention memo has been filed by Ms. Mitalee Jesthi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitting that the Petitioner and the puspa Opposite Party No.1 have settled the dispute amicably for which the CRLMP may be permitted to be withdrawn. 4. Mr. S. Shikhar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Mitalee Jesthi, learned counsel for the Petitioner also submits that as the matter has been settled between the Petitioner and the Opposite Party No.1, the Petitioner does not want to pursue the CRLMP which may be permitted to be withdrawn. 5. Considering the said memo and the submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn. 6. Interim order dated 06.12.2021 passed in in I.A. No. 259 of 2021 stands vacated. (Savitri Ratho) Judge
