The present application has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (“BNSS”), on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the accompanying bail application, i.e., BAIL APPLN. 2082/2026 filed under Section 483 of the BNSS. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that after filing of the present bail application, sudden subsequent development and changed circumstances have arisen which were not available for consideration at the time when the present petition was instituted before this This is a digitally signed order.
