Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 16.06.2026 from the office of Director of Higher Education, H.P. conveying as under: - “It is further submitted that the petitioner has been paid the amount of PTA-GIA w.e.f. 12/2022 to 12/2025 till 27.03.2026. As far as the matter of making payment w.e.f. 01/2026 to 06/2026 is concerned necessary budget has been released to the concerned college for making payment to the petitioner. Accordingly, the college has started the process to prepare bills for making the payment.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 The respondents have not yet released the payment to the petitioner as mentioned in the aforesaid office instructions. Let the same be released in his favour within three weeks from today, i.e. on or before 10.07.2026. The cost of Rs.1,500/- imposed vide order dated 21.05.2026 passed in the instant petition be also released to him. The entire process, in this regard, of making payment of arrears to the petitioner along with the cost of Rs.1,500/- be completed by the aforesaid date.
