The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/Election Commission of India (ECI) to expeditiously decide the application filed by the petitioner for registration of his political party. 2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/ECI has handed over a communication dated 21st August 2025, sent by the ECI to the petitioner, pointing out certain deficiencies in the application filed by the petitioner. 2.1 Copy of the said letter has also been handed over to counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
