Patna High Court MJC No.2078 of 2024(6) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 6 11-03-2026 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite party has pointed out that the encroacher in question, i.e. Satish Kumar Verma has filed a writ petition bearing CWJC No.15261 of 2023, which is pending adjudication, hence the Court may restrain its hand in the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to intervene in the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No.15261 of 2023, however submits that liberty be reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition in case the aforesaid writ petition is dismissed. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
