By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to modify the condition No.(f), as imposed against the applicant vide order dated 31.07.2025, in para 29 of the judgment. Although, reply to the application has not been filed, but, the prayer as made in the application, has been opposed by tooth and nail. Considering the averments, as made, in the application, the application is allowed and condition (f), contained in para 29 of judgment dated 31.07.2025, is modified to the extent that the applicant, instead of furnishing affidavit, in the first weeks of every month, before the learned trial Court, shall furnish the affidavit, on every date of hearing.
