Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Nischintakoili P.S. Case No.49 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.64 of 2026 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Nischintakoili on the grounds stated therein. 3. Recorded the submission of Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner. It is informed to the Court that the mediation has been successful. The mediation report dated 15th May, 2026 is at Flag-C. The said report reveals that there is a successful mediation between the parties. A joint affidavit is also filed by the petitioner and opposite party No.2, which is in record. Considering the settlement reached at between the parties and that the petitioner happens to be the husband of the informant, this Court is inclined to direct his release upon surrender before the learned court below with the response of Mr. Panda, learned ASC for the State being noted down. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of. It is directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Nischintakoili in connection with Nischintakoili P.S. Case No.49 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.64 of 2026 within fortnight from today, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand only) with one solvent surety for the like amount and such other terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case besides such other conditions to be imposed in terms of the compromise arrived at and the joint affidavit filed by the parties. 6.
