Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3. The petitioner's father is a life convict, who is presently serving sentence at Central Prison, Madurai. The first respondent, through proceedings dated 26.03.2026, granted 21 days ordinary leave, but however, imposed the condition that the execution of sureties shall be made before the revenue authorities. This condition has been put to challenge and the petitioner is seeking execution of sureties before the second respondent. 4. In the considered view of this Court, the modification sought for by the petitioner can be granted and accordingly, the first respondent shall permit the convict prisoner to execute the sureties before the second respondent.
