Ram Wati, which is being sublet by the respondent no.4 to provide electricity supply to the respondent no.3. 2. Mr. Manish Srivastava, counsel appearing on behalf of BRPL on advance notice, submits that BRPL has inspected the property on 21st January, 2026 and has initiated steps for misuse of the aforesaid electricity connection and a notice has been issued on 28th January, 2026. 3.
