During the pendency of the present writ petition, in which the reassessment notice was under challenge, a final order came to be passed in terms of the order dated 22.04.2026. The petitioner has since instituted WP(C) No. 2235/2026 assailing both the reassessment order and the consequential final order. In this view of the matter, Mr. N. Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw WP(C) No. 2072/2026, the relief sought herein being subsumed in the subsequent writ petition. Leave is granted.
