The instant application has been preferred by the applicants with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Maintenance Case No. 798 of 2022 (Shreya Gupta and Another Vs. Sunil Gupta), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Jangipur, District Ghazipur, pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants apprised that the petition is pending since 19.12.2022. He also apprised that the case is pending before the learned trial court at the stage of objection disposal of interim maintenance application. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Amit Kumar Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Jai Prakash Singh, Sanjay Kumar Pal Smt Shreya Gupta And Another .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 6.
