The instant application is filed seeking impleadment of the following authority :- ‘Senior Police Inspector, Solapur City Cyber Police Station, District – Solapur, Maharashtra, Pin – 413003.’ as the party-respondent no. 4 in the accompanying writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 2520/2026. The applicant as the writ petitioner has preferred the accompanying writ petition assailing an action on the part of the opposite party-respondent no. 2 Bank in that a Bank Account maintained by the applicant-writ petitioner at Barpeta Road Branch of the opposite party-respondent no. 2 Bank has been kept on hold on instruction received from the proposed party-respondent no. 4. As the proposed party-respondent no. 4 appears to be a necessary party for adjudication of the issues raised in the accompanying writ petition, the instant application is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant-writ petitioner is to file an amended Cause-Title in terms of the Notification no. 79 dated 19.06.2023 within 3 [three] working days from today.
