As per the aforesaid order, the State has been directed to examine individual cases of the writ petitioners for regularization, keeping in view the policy mentioned therein. It has been further directed that quo with regard to the working of the employees would be maintained till the orders are passed by the authorities. 3. Learned State counsel stated that the case of the petitioner shall be considered in the light of the aforesaid order passed by the Division Bench of this Court. 4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, present petition is disposed of at this stage having rendered infructuous. In case no decision is taken within six months by the respondents in the matter of the petitioner, in terms of the aforesaid order passed in the LPA, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek revival of this petition or file a afresh petition. 5.
